        Awful service, popped in around 2pm, massive queues, no staff to be seen at all. Waited and waited, 10 minutes later another customer also waiting, mentioned that all the staffed kiosks shut at 2pm, the only service still available after 2pm is the personal banker. This is not mentioned on their website, it states the bank closes at 3.30pm, but clearly it does not operate after 2pm. Long wait for a personal banker - go elsewhere as waste of time. Rubbish opening hours and not enough staff when "open".

        Friendly staff. Have banked here for years. This particular branch often has large queues and the opening hours can be a bit annoying.
