Meant to come out and quote waited in all evening nobody came just got a text message saying not coming and no reply to when they would. Wouldn't recommend as don't seem reliable or bothered.

Failed to submit quote in a reasonable time. When chased they came up with what I considered to be an expensive quote. When I declined the quote citing it was expensive compared to others I had received I was accused of probably using a company who were 'dumping' the asbestos.

Phoned them and they offered to come the next day at 1 pm. When they hadn't turned up by 2 pm I called and was told they would chase the person concerned and get back to me. I haven't heard anything from them since and that was three days ago. They didn't turn up either obviously!!

This is a brilliant business. The survey was taken from our home, and we had the results back within a week. The job (full house asbestos removal) was completed within the week. All waste removed and fully cleaned up. Independent survey was completed and we have a certificate to confirm we're now asbestos free. Would highly recommend to any family or friends due to the high level of professionalism.

When renovating our kitchen we discovered, to our horror, that we had quite a sizable asbestos problem. We searched the internet and picked a company at random which was Resolve. We couldnt have randomly chosen better. The team from start to finish were professional, helpful, personable and kept us informed every step of the way.
