        Technician advised his arrival and was very punctual. A personable and friendly young man. No electrical fault was detected in my cooker hob and I was given a satisfactory explanation as to what probably caused the 'fault' which had been concerning me. I realised after he'd left that the cooker (free standing) was slightly misplaced. I should have checked myself. My son manoeuvred it for me as I couldn't manage in the tight space the cooker sits.
