My partner rented a property here for 6 months while the family home was being renovated. Ive never known a building to have so many maintenance problems. Therere 2 lifts, one has been broken 4 times and the other twice, lucky not at the same time. Every time the lift has broken its been fixed between 48hours and 2 weeks after. Both the parking gates and the parking lifts has had a malfunction although this is an issue which was dealt with by the next day but nevertheless it has made it impossible to use your car on the day which can cause much bigger problems personally like getting to work or school. Its also very unsafe incase you need to use you car for emergencies or for health reasons. The bins are situated next to the front door at Q2 and Q4 block which I believe is a design flaw because it smells really bad in the summer and still not great in the winter. Its definitely not something to walk out to everyday at a supposedly high end property. Ive found cleaning staff to be very polite and helpful. They always keep the building clean and offer assistance when they can. The building security isnt really security I dont really see the point, seems like a waste of money. The 100 parking fine can be unforgiving especially given the circumstances with maintenance on the lifts, parking gates & parking lift, its pretty hard to avoid getting a ticket here. The property itself seemed very low standard, cheap flooring, no tiles around the sinks. Ive spotted substandard work at crucial places like the balcony glass which is off putting. The bathroom showers and baths are decent but the overall standards arent great. Definitely not what youve expected for a flat in this area at this price. I hope my honest opinion will give perspective buyers and tenants more clarity about this building. It definitely needs improvement from a management perspective, has design flaws and substandard quality which has lead to excessive maintenance probably not worth the money.
