If you're thinking of renting a room in Alexander House Ipswich, I live in Flat 1 where my food gets stolen on (now I could call it) regular basis. Be prepared to encounter other people that are not living (I guess) in this house (like drug dealers/users?) in the kitchen at any time especially night time. If your standards are low, you won't be disappointed here, you'll be treated (by the agency, Your Advisors that is) like a wallet not a human being, your main obligation will be to pay your rent, the agency has no obligations/responsabilities towards you other that handing you over the key. Your mail/personal data is up for grabs for anyone who enters through the main door, if you will look at the pictures the main access door has been kicked off few days ago and is still in the same condition today. I have seen mail and parcels being opened and some were taken some were left there maybe the person who opened them didn't needed that particular item. I am fortunate enough not to receive any parcels here and very few letters so far. Now if you have read this far and you are still thinking of renting a room in this house(flat 1), the people living here are nice, you can socialize and connect with, mostly proffesionals, there is no tv in the kitchen/lounge at flat 1 because it has been stolen before I have moved here in March 2019 and obviously never got replaced as we don't need/deserve one, someone has decided. The house is located close to town centre 10 minutes walking distance other than that not much else to say. It could be a lot better if the agency would (care) think of us (tenants) as human beings not just pound signs and occupancy rate. Hope this will help someone in making it's future decisions about where to live next. Pictures were taken on 04/05/2020, 16.30 Flat 1 Alexander House Ipswich
