I ordered wallpaper online from this company for our new babys room and despite the promise of a prompt delivery, I am still yet to receive anything. More concerning is that I havent had any updates from the company on my purchase, despite attempting to contact them multiple times through email, their website and daily phone calls to both numbers. I have also left a number of voicemails (though the voicemail inbox appears now to be full). I understand that delays happen but the fact I cant get in touch with anyone is very worrying. I have been trying to use smaller businesses for my online purchases and have been left extremely disappointed (and out of pocket)! At this point I would just like a refund so I can buy the wallpaper else where.

EDIT: I eventually received my refund in April 2021 after continuing to chase for it. I made an order for paint on 7th December 2020 which did not arrive yet the money has been taken from my account. I have made numerous calls which have been answered by David who said he would deal with it but he hasn't and has not come back to me. Now when I call, I get a voicemail and have left messages asking for someone to contact me but no one has. I have sent several emails that have also been ignored. I would like a refund of the 99.00 as a matter of urgency please. Unfortunately looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this company.

Alexanders provided me with amazing service when I purchased beautiful English Wallpapers and Fabrics from them recently. They went the extra mile carefully checking selections and quantities and kept me informed about availability and delivery. With the help of the internet I was able to do all of this from afar. I am very greatful for the outstanding service Alexander and David provided and recommend them to anyone looking to source beautiful English Wallpapers and Fabrics for their home. I gave them 5 stars.

Have taken my money for an order placed at the start of July (a month ago) but have not sent my order or answered any of my many attempts to contact them. Edit: you have since responded (3 months after the order). I have sent you an email to reply but since none of them have been picked up in the past Im going to reply here too: the sample is no longe needed as it has been sourced from elsewhere. What I would like now is a refund. Please can this be actioned asap, and upon doing so I shall remove this review as I dont want to cause damage to your business.
