Food is great but walked in today to be stared at by 3 young teens, sitting charging their phones and vaping in the restaurant. Not a nice atmosphere to go and get some food in, so we took our sandwiches away. Management should be more aware of what is going on in their restaurant.

Tuesday: go into subway. It's fairly quiet. No-one in front of me. Couple of girls working there. Friendly, smiley, pregnant one makes me THE BEST sub I've had in a long time. Fully loaded, lots of filling, nicely laid out, the works. Perfection! (See pic). Super happy with her customer service skills and the sub was delicious. I was in an out within 5mins. Unfortunately I got busy during the week and didn't get to write a review right away. Gladly so, because... Saturday: go into subway. One guy in front of me. Ordering some BLT type sub. Chap with short, dark/black hair, sweating away, finishes the BLT sub and starts on mine. A vegan one. Without a change of gloves. I asked him politely "could you change your gloves please mate". He said nothing. He clearly didn't like this, and went round the back to change the gloves without even saying a word. Took about 1 min to change his meaty gloves for a fresh pair. At every point after this his face was like a slapped ar$e. Zero eye contact. No smile. Nothing. Sulking alll the way and didn't say bye or thanks as I left and paid, despite myself being polite and thankful to him. I even muttered (out loud) a swear word as I left. (Begins with "P". Ends with "ick"). When I got back to eat it you could tell the sub was a disaster, sauce everywhere and falling apart. See pics and you'll soon tell who made which sub. Disgraceful experience. Disgraceful member of staff who will not get very far in life if you can't follow your job description let alone have the common decency to be polite to your customers. Sort yourself out and learn from this is my advice. I was going to leave a 5 star on Tuesday but now it's a 1. Sorry to the one member of staff that impressed, but you're store is always going to be brought down to and remembered to be only as good your worst team member. One question... Where the heck is management!?! SORT IT OUT!!
