        2/5 as the boarding area was somewhat clean and our pet was received on short notice. No communication during stay, no time spent with animals, our pet was extremely anxious leaving (never had this issue), the kennel area is freezing and empty and largely unsupervised.

        My dogs have stayed here a few times now, i like these kennels as the pens are set inside a double glazed structure so cosier in the cooler times of the year.Price reasonable too.

        We took our dog for boarding for 2 weeks and he was very well cared for with no problems. The staff were friendly and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

        Our little reactive terrier stayed for 4 nights , lovely staff always helpful & kind , our dog returns smelling lovely & clean. We have been using Castleford kennels for a while now & are relieved to have found a place our hyperactive dog likes and also does not loose weight.
