We bought our tub from Elite spas 2+ years ago. I don't often leave reviews but I feel it a 5 star review is fully deserved. I often send emails to Ian with questions and he is always prompt to reply with really helpful explanations.

Ian the sales person has to be the most open, honest & friendliest person I've ever come across in a sales environment. He didn't pressure me into buying & answered all my questions I had. The quality of service shines from this company & he is an asset to their business. My tub is fantastic & more than I could ever have hoped for it really is superb. I was kept informed of its progress from time of order, shipping & delivery along the way. On delivery day it went perfectly, professional from start to finish. The chemicals that was included as well was a real surprise & bonus. Ian explained what to do & how to care & treat the tub & is more than happy for me to call him if I get stuck at anytime. How many companies do you know that offer a 5 year Warranty !!!! this is incredible I must say it also speaks volumes about the quality of their items. If you are looking for a hot tub please go & speak to Ian at Elite spas & leasuire as in my opinion you won't find better. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing service, knowledge and products from Julie and Martin. We visited 2 other local companies and it was so refreshing to be greeted by a smile from nice people going the extra mile to help at Elite Spas. Thankyou.

Exceptional service from the sales team and installers. We had encountered pushy and not helpful sales people prior to our visit at different hot tub providers.. Ian answered all questions and followed up our instal with a courtesy call. The team that installed the hot tub were fantastic. Highly recommended and would happily return in the future if we require any additional products. Fermoy's Elite spas are a credit to you! Thank you
