Shocking experience with no conclusion to a very poorly fitted and dangerous commercial kitchen. Had to refit the whole gas line install due to the incorrect installation. When I mentioned the name Qtos to another big local firm they advised me quickly not to use them again. DO NOT USE

They did a complete refurb yes looks nice but back up service is shocking Have been waiting months for this to be replaced and sorted Full of flannel this lot The floor is blown in 3 places knows falling off top end products switches not working and wrong end sink put on Even get charged for a call out if it's under garuentee REALLY !!! REFUSED TO Py for the last call out it's be ome a joke They are.just waiting on the guarantees to run out so you have to pay

??????When all the things that are wrong with the kitchen equipment are put right I will give a better review. Threats asking us to take review down, is wrong. Please put right all the things that are wrong with the kitchen equipment. Having a flooded out kitchen every week is not acceptable. The loss of earnings because of it is not good.

i had a bespoke extraction extension made and also a double fryer bth jobs were done on time and exactly to spec, the engineers also sorted a couple of other issues while they were there and were cheaper than my ususal maintenace company all in all greta service from nick and the team
