We phoned the company to get a price on a part, quoting the model number of the fridge/freezer and giving a full part description. We were told they could not give us a quote over the phone and one of their engineers would have to attend. Nothing was said about a call out charge. Engineer arrived, confirmed the part was broken, did not open his tool box, or attempt a repair but did give a price on site, rather than over the phone. We were then charged over 100 for call out!! No parts included in this price I can assure you. Disgusted. Will never use again!! ] In response to reply. We did not request you attend, you insisted and no parts were ordered!!
