Overgrown, some of the benches had screw heads sticking up , very dreary setting .

This curious little place is along the Tarka Trail between Yelland and Instow in North Devon. Although a good idea at the time, it has sadly fallen into a bit of disrepair. The grass is only occasionally cut and it can look a bit overgrown at times. Having said that, it's still a good place to pause and rest if you are walking the trail - a former railway line now a popular walking and cycling route.
