Called for advice on how to best use the product and A24 trap. Vincent the owner was fantastic, really helpful and knows his stuff. Never had to purchase a product like this before but as the house backs onto fields have lately noticed more rats etc. The fact I didn't have a clue was no problem has got all the help I needed. I can't fault this company.

I have never delt before with such a professional company . No matter what the problem is they will resolve it and leave customer happy !

The rat/mouse trap is very effective. one counter had 27 before it ran out of gas. Foxes/cats tidy up after the trap has done its job. I tried the squirrel one as we were having issues with ring barking of tree branches on our protected trees and nest robbing, but they didn't seem to go for the hazelnut attractant and I wondered if I had done something wrong in location/set up. I changed the bait to peanut butter as we had a peanut feeder close by. I let the peanuts run out and hey presto I had customers the same day. Very humane much better than poison and the predators are fed at the same time.
