        I am currently signed up for the Rehab Gym Package after a knee replacement operation. Claire was very thorough in her assessment and has designed a comprehensive rehab plan for me. Good value for money too. :-)

        I have an old back injury which coupled with my desk job and lack of exercise had me waking waking in the night when i turned in bed and waking up stiff every day. Sports massage with Jack and a set of tailored stretches and exercises have resulted in significant improvement. I would highly recommend.

        I have been seeing Claire for physiotherapy for a number of years now, and I cant sing her praises enough. She has got me through some tough times, always with a sympathetic ear and positive attitude. She is so knowledgeable about all kinds of ailments and really listens to her clients to understand the problem, always seeming to find a solution! I trust her implicitly and would 100% recommend her.
