We used Warren's for our move mid March. We were so impressed by the service received. All the staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel so at ease. They took the time to get to know a bit about us which I thought was a lovely touch. To the person that came out to do the quote, to Rory who delivered all of our boxes, to James who led the team on the day of the move - thank you for making the stress of moving much less stressful! The moving team even helped us to move the garden shed at our new property. We are so glad we picked Warren's and will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Warrens moved us from Herefordshire to Devon last December. From the moment that Warren himself came to price up the move, we hit it off and quickly understood that this was a family run, professional company that we could trust. We have moved multiple times over the past 30 years and have always had to spend a lengthy time post move, reclaiming on multiple breakages. We were determined to find the right company for this move. We cannot recommend Warren and his fantastic team enough. Firstly NO breakages. All of the team are personable, polite and great fun. They are so hard working and treated our possessions with care and wrapped everything beautifully. They arrived on time; they laid floor protection down and took shoes off when going upstairs. All of the team were such lovely people and each of them went above and beyond to ensure that this was a stress-free move for us. Thank you to Warren, Simon, Rory, Tanwa and Gareth, we just couldnt have asked for a nicer group of people to move us to our new home. Our black Lab found a hole in the fence on arrival to Devon and Gareth helped my husband to find him. Simon ensured that all of our furniture was placed in the right rooms and all of the beds were put back together and that the garden furniture was placed thoughtfully in the garden. When I arrived the following day, everything was in the best place, it was clean and the team had completely tidied up after themselves. If we have to move again, we would only use Warrens removal company - we have found the best! It is rare to receive such exceptional service. Warrens is clearly a company that care about their staff and pride themselves on delivering the best possible customer service. We cant thank you enough!

Warrens undertook a house move for us last November. They were reasonably priced and carried out the job to my satisfaction. There was a small issue with some damage to my new property by one of their employees (this was a complete accident) but they sorted this out with minimal fuss. Luke in particular was great. I would definitely use this company again.
