Brentwood Joinery was very provisional and fitted a lovely hardwood front door.

A wooden door was replaced ok by them. On the third time she locked her door the lock stopped working and my elderly aunt was locked out of her house. I left phone messages and emails on Saturday lunchtime and they finally replied Tuesday. They refused to pay for an emergency locksmith and we're quite happy for my aunt to be stuck outside her house for 3 nights. The customer service following payment is not good. I would avoid using them and go somewhere else.

Not very impressed with Brentwood Joinery having chosen them to supply our new timber front door. David Hyde was perfectly pleasant and helpful all the way up to the fitting and then post-sales service has not been what I expected, nor has the product. The door has - as I expected being a timber product, moved and cracked quite considerably but David's response when I called him up about it was that this was not his problem and he does not factor the cost of coming to correct this into his quote so I would have to pay another 300 to fix it. Alternatively he suggested I find another company to come and sand it down and re-paint it! Not what you expect when you spend 4500 on a door! The door does not look like an expensive bespoke timber door and I will certainly not be using Brentwood Joinery again.
