Shop OK, got down rated as the advertised price outside on the board is less than the charge at the pumps, told the cashier but see didn't seem bothered about it, also pointed out that this practice was illegal but still couldn't care less, gave up and left

I hate visiting this store all because their queuing "system". There are tills on the left where you can pay for fuel and shopping. There is also a separate till on the right in front of the coffee, where I have previously queued to purchase the same. So today I entered, walked past the tills on the left (which were empty at this point) and went to the till on the right (for coffee) where somebody was just finishing being served. The "barista" then ignored me and walked away (at this point there was no one queuing) I waited for her to return, when she did she told me that "there is only 1 queue in this store, you have to go back to the tills on the left". There were now 3 people in that queue! Needless to say I did not rejoin. Sale lost. Advice to BP/M&S Simply Food: 1. If you want one queue get rid of the confusing separate till in front of the coffee section and call it "coffee collection point" if you want. 2. Employ more staff behind the till. Every time I come here currently there is a red light outside making people queue up because there are too many people in the store (Covid). Half those people present in the store are queing at the tills because there is only one person serving. This backs up the forecourt deters customers. It's not as if there is a shortage of people looking for work at the moment is it? Rant over.
