Brilliant service from Ian and Mark. Thorough report with photographic evidence of all issues, with the report being emailed the same day as the survey. Any queries I had were answered as well. I would absolutely recommend their snag surveying service.

Absolutely recommend! The customer service and response times were fantastic! The report was very detailed sent in email and through the post. Ian walked through every thing with me at the appointment so I understood the snags and what needed to be done. Ian also came on Easter Monday which I appreciate very much. Thank you so much, really friendly and really genuine :)

Professional company. Carried out a snag on a new build property finding many things I would not have noticed myself. Received a great report the same day of the inspection. I have received excellent service from enquiry to after service follow up.
