Purchased a hose reel which supposedly they had in stock as they had it listed for sale and available.
Received an email advising It's actually not in stock and offered me an alternative without showing me the product and refusing to show me what I'm going to be sent.
Rejected alternative and requested a refund - no issues.
After a couple of mins, either Wendy or her colleagues from another eBay account registered within the SAME complex sending me abusive messages!
