Very painful ingrowing toe nail, no anesthetic to numb the toes i screamed out in pain until he stopped, had to cancel until he could get anesthetic and reluctantly went back to get it finished. never again

I have had numerous appointments at Steptoes Footcare in Ingleby Barwick over the past 2 years. The Lady who has carried out each appointment, Rohita, is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, but most of all she is personable and makes you feel at ease. The standard of service from initial telephone calls, to e-Mail confirmation and then the appointment is always first class. A very friendly environment and I cannot recommend them enough.

A visit to Steptoes Foot care centre was excellent. Very modern, very well equipped and the staff were very professional and courteous. The removal of a corn was dealt with immediately and I left with clear knowledge of how to prevent it happening again. Recommended!

I telephoned steptoe Footcare Centre today Wednesday (26/02/20 at 12.05pm to book an appointment for a podiatrist and the phone was ringing for a about 15 seconds when someone picked up the phone and I could hear at least two people talking and then they put the phone down on me, I tried phoning again for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. Very rude.
