A huge thank you to all of the team at Ingleby Care Home. They took care of my 93 year old mother following a fall in November. Sadly she passed away in January as she never fully recovered from the fall. The care staff were absolutely amazing and always helped arrange WhatsApp calls, window visits, pod visits and a final bedside visit to say my goodbyes 4 days before Mam passed. The team kept me informed throughout Mams stay. During these awful COVID circumstances the staff have gone above & beyond with their wonderful care. Thank you all so much x

I have been left feeling very distressed and disappointed after several attempts to arrange visiting my Granddad over the telephone. Staff and the care home manager were very rude and lacked empathy and compassion and on 2 occasions the manager refused to give out her name and even hung up on me during my conversation with her. The manager was very confrontational and kept saying to me that until all other residents had seen their family I was not allowed to see my Granddad because his son (my dad) and my uncle had already seen him. Prior to the Covid19 lockdown I was a regular visitor for my Granddad and so I have found this very difficult time as has everyone else's families. I have not had any support or help in making sure my Granddad was still in contact with me despite my efforts only negativity and disrespect.

Recently visited Ingleby and I have to say the staff are amazing, the home is very friendly and everyone seemed so happy.
