Fantastic follow up, response times, the only thing is the length of the introduction message if you're returning a call but that's not the end of the world

I had an appointment with Nurse Practioner John Campbell to discuss medication for a condition I have. He listened to what I had to say intently. He gave me great advice, giving me his professional opinion based on my medical history but also not enforcing anything on me. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Great guy with a good sense of humour and care. I didnt feel like I was being rushed out of the appointment like some Doctors do.

Wish it could be zero with the exception of John the nurse in there the whole set up in this doctors is appalling. I have lived all around the country and have never come across a more obstructive surgery than this. I dont actually blame the receptionists I think they are just doing as asked but everything simple in this practice is made to be virtually impossible. I could give lists of bad experiences I have had over the last 2 years as my health has deteriorated with cancer and other things but it is so much simpler to sum it up with.. this is a business not a gp and An awful one at that! Avoid if you can
