        An excellent company to do business with. Ian was very helpful and very patient with me. I am totally blind but even I knew that there was an issue and Sonos didnt really help in anyway to get it resolved. Im glad I came to his company as he helped me through all the process and explained how long it would take and only had to wait a month which I think is pretty exceptional in the circumstances. I had missed my speaker so much but its good to be back today and a speedy delivery as well. Thanks very much and hopefully it wont go down again any time soon but if it does I know where to come and thanks very much for your service. Will recommend it to others as well. Cheers

        Amazing service, I cant speak highly enough of the Sonos repair centre (Ian) and would highly recommend. What was going to cost me 900 through Sonos direct (as they said I needed a new playbar) cost 120 through Ian for him to repair. An excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much.
