If I could give no stars I would , rang at 8:30 on the dot on hold for 40 minutes for to be then told they have no appointments, do not use this doctors they are an absolute joke of a place

The doctors are good but the way the practice is run is not efficient as always put in queue when you call first thing after a 40 minute to be told there are no appointments left. Same in the afternoon the queue at the practice is ridiculous. Ever since the change over of staff and the way it is managed it has gone downhill. The reception staff are not very helpful.

If you actually need to see a Doctor in person, you have to be on the verge of needing an ambulance. All other medical issues are dealt with by a 30 second telephone appointment.

Since COVID the performance of the surgery had gone right downhill. Can't get an appointment for love nor money and kept in the 'queue' on the phone for over 45 minutes just to get to the receptionist who tells you to ring 111 as they have no appointments left. AGAIN
