Used their service as dashboard was showing air bag error- told that needs either spiral cable or air bag changing and that someone will follow this up for repair including the price. Waited almost 2 weeks and called them after not hearing back. They got my details and advised that someone will call me back-waited 1 week without anything, called back again to get same response(waited again for more than a week). Finally decided to go for VW centre to have it repaired. Wasted 36 on the diagnostic and precious time. I would have appreciated if I was told that they can not repair this fault rather than make me wait for such a long time and not getting any response. I was not there for diagnostic but to repair the fault as not comfortable to drive with those warning on dashboard. . What was really disappointing was not getting any response despite calling them 2 times. Only reason I choose them was location was convenient for me and I was hoping to get at least decent service. Disappointing, not going to use their service ever again. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
