Very pleased with the service. Arrived before the quoted ETA which was great, very friendly, fixed the fault and advised me of what the issue was. Hope I don't have more issues with my car but if I do, I'd be happy I would be happy for Manchetts to assist again.

Con artists who use the 3 local police forces as henchmen to make money for them. Also you call the AA, and instead of getting a well equipped AA Van you get an under Equipped manchetts Van with nothing on it who can't help you. This family is very worked in with the establishment to juice the taxpayer and get rich as a result. If you call the AA then insist upon getting a proper a AA Van that you pay for rather than this amateur outfit who will not help you and simply overcharge you and try to get private work off the back of an AA job. Someone is clearly making the right (noise) to the right people to get these contracts... What a corrupt world we live in.

I was having serious van issues, I got towed half way back to Norwich from London, before these guys towed the rest. I wont go into the debacle I had leading into it as it wasnt Manchetts issue, but, the collection was faultless when they took over, I had a very pleasant journey with Monty, the driver who collected me, not only was he professional but he was genuinely concerned with my vehicle & unlike the previous two collections he successfully got my vehicle started & checked a number of things going above & beyond. Hes an absolute credit to the company & was a pleasure to chat with, I hope this reviews finds its way back to him, if so, remind him of Good, bad, well see! & also that he should look at promotional agencies for his son, there are two locally called live & another called envisage - the first more fun, the second more corporate. Well the recovery time was brilliant just not impressed with the hot headed driver starting up my vehicle and slamming it in reverse after it had been sat up side down for 30 mins.. and has most likely blown the engine!! yes it was a roll over but cosmeticly damaged.. so i was hoping to salvage and rebuild it as I was only 3rd party insured. he gave no consideration to it and obviously had no knowledge of how a engine works.. could have just winched it out like he did after trying.. iv used you guys many of times.. but realy disappointed on this account..
