Clifftop Boarding Kennels and Cattery

I always leave my baby bear here,he is well looked after & the staff are lovley.He never comes back smelly either like he has done in other kennels.Thankyou LRK

This is the second time my dog has been there but first time for my two cats. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Staff ask lots of questions about pets likes/dislikes, any behavioural issues etc to ensure they make the pets stay as happy as possible. My dog is a rescue dog so can sometimes be nervous around strange places and strangers but on both visits seemed settled with the staff, to the point where when I went to collect her she didn't even notice me at first. The kennels are very clean no strong doggy smells which I have experienced when visiting other places. She came back looking healthy and happy no doggy odour which you sometimes get in kennels. One of my cats hates going into catteries and gets quite grumpy hissing and sometimes lashes out as he is not used to strangers. He is a house cat as we live on a main road so is not used to cat flaps or being outdoors. In previous catteries he wouldn't use the cat flap and stayed in the sleeping area for his entire stay but here staff spent time leaving the door ajar, until he decided to use the cat flap, once they were sure he was comfortable using it they were eventually able to shut the door to the sleeping area and he used the cat flap and went in and out quite happily. By the end of his stay he was comfortable enough to let staff stroke him which he has never done before. It was obvious he was happy enough in his surroundings.The cattery also has a daily log on each cat's pen of how they have been daily which is excellent. All pets are definitely monitored closely. I highly recommend Cliff Top they take exceptionally good care of my pets and I will definitely be going back again.

Second time leaving my dog, and I could tell he was over the moon to be back. Staff are wonderful and put my mind at ease from the first phone call, and were more than happy to send pictures and updates on how he was getting on throughout his stay Would fully recommend Clifftop

Teague was well looked after on her holiday from us! She had very clearly been well looked after. Can recommend Clifftop and will not hesitate to use again.
