This is a hard time for the NHS and everyone in primary care is under immense pressure. Despite this, the staff at the New Folly have always been polite and helpful and gone out of their way to go that extra mile for my whole family. Thank you

Disappointing, have been trying to get a non emergency appointment all month. Each time I call I'm told the doctors rota is not available. No appointments can be booked and to call back. Terrible for those, who have no other choice but to go to this surgery.

Phoned this morning and was no.1 in queue, 25 minutes later and still no.1 in queue how is this possible? Only one receptionist to answer phone and the person in front of me taking 25 minutes on the line ? I doubt it !

Shocking receptionists that make every interaction so jarring, and shocking GPs who have gone as far as making my health worse. I try to avoid contacting them but on the rare occasion, they manage to make things worse. I called for an emergency appointment as advised, was told I'm not a patient and the receptionist couldn't tell me why. She got sassy with me and when I asked for a solution she said go back to 111.
