I have to say, Claire was a God send. I found her to be empathic, non judgemental, soft and caring in a professional manner. She listened to me like I have never been listen to before. She is encouraging, but not in a pushy way and she helped me to see things and answer my own questions through her listening and me talking. I felt welcomed from the 1st meeting even though I was having a bad time trying to relax, be myself and even turn up! Going to counselling was the right choice for me (even though it didn't feel like it at the time), but choosing Claire, was the BEST choice I made. Highly recommended.

I first met Claire around 14yrs ago in Spain where I attended groups she ran in La Cala de Mijas & Riviera del Sol we quickly became good friends, I feel blessed to have Claire as a friend she always finds time to help others nothing is to much bother for her, Claire has supported me, encouraged me, uplifted me and given me confidence. Claire is a genuine, caring, kind thoughtful lady, shes an excellent listener, non judgemental and gives fair positive advice when needed to both adults and children, Claire is one of the most positive people I know. Anyone considering counselling or looking for life coach you should most definitely contact Claire within 15mins of speaking with Claire you will know shes the one for you, you will feel relaxed and uplifted after just on session with her, Claire she really is a Special Lady.
