Our experience of HarperLees is that they are very professional and very thorough - exactly what you need when money is on the agenda! As with all IFAs, there is a lot of paperwork but it is good to know that the firm is reviewing its processes and systems to make them more 'user-friendly'. Overall, we are very happy with the service HarperLees provides.
