PB Property Maintenance

We have used Bryce and Piers since we moved into our property last year and they have plastered and decorated two bedrooms, and most recently our lounge. They are excellent at their job, polite and tidy. They always set a fair price and nothing is too much trouble for them. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Would definitely recommend Bryce and Piers to anyone looking for decorating work, including plastering. They are both professional in how they work and can offer advice during bigger projects too. You're probably not as stupid as I am but when I made mistakes such as getting wiring work done after they had decorated, they took it on the chin and cleared up after me, redoing work they had already done without a hint of complaint.

PB Property Maintenance have just completed a significant project for us, following building work in out sitting room, following a smaller plastering job they did a few months ago. This time they did the new skirting boards, laid tiles in the fireplace which they cut in beautifully to the skirting boards, lots of making good and decorating and we're absolutely delighted with the results. They're hard-working and reliable and we would very happily use them again.

This is the 3rd time Ive used Piers and Bryce. I m delighted with my bedroom. They work tidily and are pleasant and totally trustworthy too. I would totally recommend.
