Both my husband and I have had treatments from Stan and Sheila over the years and we would highly recommend them both. Stan is an amazing masseuse and he has helped us both recover from injury and pain issues through the use of acupuncture and massage. Sheilas skills and well being knowledge is vast. Her beauty treatments are great value, soothing and relaxing and when she did my wedding makeup, I was thrilled with the results. Shes a wonderful Pilates teacher and so generous in sharing her knowledge. I cannot recommend this business highly enough, whatever your needs just call Stan and Sheila. They also provide a service out side of 9 to 5 which is wonderful for working people.

Amazing service from Sheila whether it is from mindful workshops to manicures to tapping. Her knowledge is vast and she'll find what is best for you, giving you a personal experience tailored for your needs. Highly recommend! Thank you Sheila for making everything lighter!
