Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately when one of the serving staff was informed that a member of our group had a gluten allergy (due to coeliacs disease) he rolled his eyes and scoffed. This is quite upsetting as it is a severe allergy and the person in question often lacks the confidence to say anything regarding their allergy because of fear of reactions like this.
