        Advertised as opening at 9:30 however shop assistant doesnt seem to arrive to 9:45-10:00 and when asking in the next door shop it appears this is a regular occurrence. Rude staff when confronted about late opening and seemed to blame it on myself and accuse me of lying. my elderly grandparent and I had been waiting for 15 minutes and she could no longer stand outside so had to leave. When I finally got the balloons I was relatively pleased with them however less than 24 hours after purchasing they have nearly completly deflated.
