Thrifty Car & Van Rental - King's Lynn

Who would have thought renting a car could be so much fun! From start to finish they were both helpful and treated me like a human being unlike other car rental sites (I will name and shame for a small fee!). If you're a nice person and want to be treated like a valuable customer, do yourself a favour and book a car with Laura and Iain. If you work for the RAF, start behaving yourself with rental cars....you never know who's watching! Lastly, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again but I'm convinced it's actually Harry Hill who answers the phone, sounds exactly like the comedian.....weird though, I thought he was doing alright for himself!!

Brilliant from start to finish The whole process was seamless the guys dropped the car off in a very professional manor on the arranged day and time it was immaculately clean had a full tank of fuel it was collected in the same timely professional manor. When I first contacted the branch due to a few questions the insurance company couldn't answer regarding the hire car I spoke to Ian who was very knowledeable and helpful about the process and mananged to answer all my questions. The length of the hire was changed due to the repair garage I rang and spoke to a young lady who was polite and helpfull and nothing seemed a problem Thrifty is now my first point of call if I ever need to hire a car or van

Thrifty I found alot better than enterprise rent a car, actually got a car similar to mine & didn't try claim for stuff that wasn't even there or chips that already existed like. Alot nicer people too

Website is terrible. dont let you put age in got fed up trying so went elsewhere
