        Terrible service. They were paid by my insurance to send my belongings from my car. They put everything in a bin liner and stuck a Parcelforce label on. They broke various things, including chipping my prescription glasses. They refused to acknowledge fault and asked me to complain to Parcelforce instead. They also use a dodgy personal number that costs almost 1 per minute. Still waiting for their manager to ring back.
