Placed an order for an "in stock product". I have had a part of the hanging chair delivered, but not the frame which makes it completely un-usable! Paid up front, and I have now waited for over 3 months since I placed the order and I cannot get any date on when the delivery is expected to be received. Definitely would not recommend .

Ordering straightforward. Had to change delivery date, but it was easy. Driver arrived mid morning on agreed date, he was helpful unloading. Goods haven't been unpacked as they are for new home. Packaging is intact, so goods should be OK.

SHOCKING ..AWFUL....AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR SANITY!!! 9 months and still order not fulfilled.....some arrived damaged after 4 months.....tried to get them to replace ...but easier to fly to the moon and ended up taking compensation as much easier!!! Milano dining set and Covers for sofa set ordered 9 months ago and arrived 3 weeks ago with Whitestores..and STILL not shipped out.... and the covers which had been allocated to my order have VANISHED and now telling me to look somewhere else to get an alternative. THIS COMPANY ARE A JOKE! The poor people that answer the phone are a buffer from the incompetence behind the scenes. I even tried emailing the CEO with the detail...but nothing back! I would also caution you as to the 5 star reviews here.......lets just say these can be manipulated / bought! As soon as i get my 2k dining set i will NEVER use these people again and suggest you don't start!
