Very poor experience this time, no package arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, no phone number to call only answering machine to say office closed, support emails come back with agents closing tickets having done nothing with request for help. Will update the review if I ever hear from Gul, until then my PFD and gloves are missing. Edit - well done Gul you sorted it, we going back to 4 stars!

No phone line and no reply on email. Parcel never arrived. No refund. No contact. No Explanation. Scammers. A new low.

UTTERLY USELESS I would give this company no stars if it were possible. I have lost count of the emails I have sent to find out where my order is. I have been charged, but received no order. The EVRI tracking link and number did not work. Both GUL and EVRI are completely unresponsive, and I have had automated "Case resolved" emails (5 to one email!) from GUL and an automated response from Sports Direct (who's customer service page is identical to GUL's (?) I have even taken to emailing Sports Direct. Who are as much use as a fishnet wetsuit. As the previous review said, they do not respond to emails, the phone number is a pre-pandemic message on a loop. So much for supporting British Business! I have used GUL for many years and I will no longer be recommending them to anyone. Quite the opposite in fact. I have taken my money to a business that cares about its customers.

Impossible to communicate with Gul Watersports. Phone number inoperable, email response is inadequately slow. Total mess with delivery of order so between Evri and GUL both who are impossible to contact this is an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend placing any online orders.
