        Brilliant classes and excellent gym, in a friendly supportive environment. Martin and Kelly are a fantastic team with knowledge encouragement and support. Returning with a disabling illness , they have been nothing but positive, with the knowledge to adapt to you personally. I can't recommend them highly enough. When you think you can't, they know you can and they have the how to get you there.Honestly give it a try.
