        Called up to enquire about a used trailer for sale in their website and was told it was sold. Few days later called to get a quote for a new trailer and was told they had a used one available on site ready to go (the same one previously told was sold). After questioning this and adamantly being reassured it hadn't been sold and assuring us it was still available we immediately did an hour+ round trip to purchase. Upon arrival they couldn't locate the trailer anymore. They checked serial numbers, still insisting 100% it was not sold but still couldn't find it. How do you lose or not know if a trailer has been sold or not?

        I phoned up for LM trailer damper was told over got loads in I travelled up from Penzance do the damper sorry have not got none got be ordered in I wont be using them no more
