        Been trying to get some sealed units replaced under the 10 year guatantee. Started the process 2 years ago took them 18 months to come out and measure and still no sign of them being replaced. I think a small claims court papers will have to be the way to go.

        Windows were fitted even though a fitter was sacked half way through the job. Windows are held in with expanding foam no bolts or screws on a 3 storey house. One week in paint started peeling off walls like wet paper from under windowwindoand water running down the inside of walls on bottom 2 floors.
