Less than 1 for this entire shambles of a practice. The doctors are ok depending who you see but the management and those in charge are vindictive, spiteful and really should not be in patient care. They are the nastiest surgery I have ever come across. I rue the day I left Newquay which was amazing.

The blonde lady on dispensary is very rude and clearly doesn't understand asthma. She was very rude and have me the wrong medication as I needed two medications as the doctors prescribed. She needs training on communication with patients and covid19 and asthma. She also said I didn't have asthma even though I was diagnosed by a respiratory consultant years ago.

The older blonde lady at reception is not very helpful or polite. Twice I have had to deal with her now and both times have been disappointing. All the other staff here seem great, maybe rearrange your front of house!

Not a good start! I rang this surgery today to enquire about registering with them, and about speaking to a doctor this afternoon. I was advised I couldn't speak to a doctor, as it's only for extremely urgent appts after 2pm, and was fully booked, and if I was that poorly, then call 111..!!!!! I then attended the surgery to register, the receptionist then proceeded to tell me, in no uncertain terms, that if I need a doctor in the daytime, I MUST call at 08:30. Unfortunately, my asthma can't tell the time!!! Think I shall definitely be looking for a different surgery on Monday!!! Update: finally able to speak to doctor on Monday, advised where prescription would be...arrived to collect prescription, pharmacy not open for another hour! No delivery available, feeling very poorly at this point! Unable to get to surgery Tuesday, just too poorly, and I am very new to area so I don't know anyone...finally got to surgery Wednesday, only to be told that prescription is at the other surgery!!!!!! This place is an absolute shambles and I shall now be on phone looking for new surgery!!
