        Extremely poor contact with the local community, caused damage to the local environment but have refused to accept responsibility. Refused to turn up to a meeting with the residents. Shocking poor quality of the work completed on behalf of Cornwall Council and charged the council a staggering amount of money to convert a property that a local builder would have done for a fraction of the cost and would have respected the local community. Avoid using this company, they would have given Rogue traders a run for their money.

        NOT a community friendly company. Their construction vehicles chewed up the road surface and verges on the private lane leading to our properties. They said "it will all be put right once the building work is complete". The work was completed just after Christmas, and they did not respond to e-mails, asking when it was going to be 'put right'... NOW - they say that they are not responsible as the damage and cracking of the tarmac was down to wear and tear... NOT impressed.

      NOW - they say that they are not responsible as the damage and cracking of the tarmac was down to wear and tear... NOT impressed.
