        Broken and not fit for purpose!! cant get a booking for any of my daughters (10 and 17) because the rubbish askmygp web service doesn't accept new requests after 9am to see a local doctor. This service is going to cost people lives!

        My first visit to this practise on Tuesday for a shingles vaccination. It all went extremely well from start to finish and the practise nurse was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. The website is very good and I was able to make all the arrangements for an appointment with no difficulty. For an Oldie like myself that was very encouraging.

        My first time to surgery, have to say excellent service, Dr was very good and efficient and understanding, thank you, kind regards Diane.

        Very poor. Mainly offline. Not user friendly. Not reliable. Says can request who is working that day & mainly end up with someone different because not in after all. 'Staff' keep changing rules on how many days in advance to order repeat prescriptions latest example took from 6th June to 16th before receiving. And it had gone from me leaving my slips/requests at Immingham to be delivered from Keelby! My latest was a phone call by 'Lacey' saying Dr.Elston said I would receive my Indapamide again) which im still waiting for as was not delivered with latest order!..
