Illegally charging extra to pay by card. When challenged the lady behind the counter was polite, but said there was nothing she could do because just eat charged it. Tried to explain that is their service fee and what has it got to with me being in the shop paying by card didnt get anywhere. Had a chip butty and it wasnt very good at all

I called in for a battered sausage and chips with gravy, it was 7.30pm. The chips weren't even hot and tasted like they had been there ages. The sausage was no better, batter wasn't crispy and again it wasn't warm. The gravy was very thick and lukewarm. I was recommended to try this chippy but based on tonight's experience I won't be returning
