J's Burger & Shakes

Ordered two cakes, a milkshake and two bottles of drink tonight at 7:50 pm. Over three hours later, and twice having the app I used contact the takeaway, the order finally arrives. Or at the very least. Half of it. In poor condition. The to large bottles of Fanta I ordered at 2.50 each were not even present, and the milkshake was in its side. Half of it in the bottom of the paper bag and the other half covering the two cheesecakes I ordered rendering them destroyed. I through the whole order away, and I'm 25 down but safe in the knowledge not to use these guys again as they simply do not care about their customers or their food quality. Happy to take your money and provide an extremely subpar service with late delivery, missing items, and poor delivery quality. I massively recommend against using these guys.

Absolutely brilliant, first time Ive reviewed but ordered from here probably 10-15 times now. Always on time, never miss anything off of the order or forget (with a few specific requirements too) if I could give more stars I would. Food is always of a fantastic quality and always tastes very freshly made. Great value for money highly recommend! Thankyou.

First time I've ordered, it's been closed every time I've tried but omg seriously happy we got them whilst they were open!! I've tried every take away in Immingham and this is by far the best one I've had and will be ordering again! Food was lovely! Really nice.. Hot, very helpful staff & delivery driver too! Amazing! Very happy Vegetarian options: I had the vegetarian calzone spot on! Best one around!
