Had some plantation blinds fitted 5and half years ago, have started to crack from underneath the wrap. Very quick to come and inspect to see if they could sort something out. The fitter they sent it had the cheek to blame me for the cracks as I cleaned them with a damp cloth and dried them straight away. If that was the case then everyone would be cracked, there are a a defect in every panel but not every slat which would be if it was a cleaning issue and my fault . I asked for another blind company to ask their advice and they said it was definitely not your fault your being fobbed off that is a manufacturers fault . So I have invested 1129 on a shutter lasting only 5 1/2 years and they are only guaranteed for 3 years to say Im angry and upset is an understatement, customer care not good . Now had shutters fitted at the back with another company 10 years guarantee and totally different quality wish Id gone there first .

We had Roman blinds fitted to all rooms plus 2 windows on the landings and Keylite blackout blinds. We're extremely happy with the quality and the look. Thanks to all at Humberside Sunblinds. Would recommend to anyone,they were recommended to us & I'm very pleased they were,a 1st tine visit,but I'd buy again for anywhere else in the property.Nice fitters,on time,perfect job,like the blinds muxh more than I thought I would Was fearful they'd take out too much light,they dont,& my bays not large.
