        We had some initial problems getting hold of the company and they didnt respond to my text and we were left without CH working properly when it was particularly cold. Once they were aware they did come out to fix the problem.

        The top came off my kitchen tap sending a fountain of water into the room. Managed to turn the mains off immediately and then called D Wells. The next day was a Sunday (and a very sunny one too), but he arrived around midday to remove broken taps and isolate pipes. He then recommended an ideal brand of tap on a local shop's web page so that I could choose a suitable and good value replacement to fit the awkward sink arrangement here. They were able to collect the tap on Monday and Elliot fitted it that afternoon. Very relieved and pleased with the new tap. Excellent quality and friendly service - prompt emergency response. Service: Faucet installation
