New shower installed 18months,bottom rollers on quad shower seized solid,rang up Coram yes we can replace them 10.56 each + vat,10year guarantee?poor poor poor ,never again.

Coram were good for a few years, just having to ring the Spares dept. Guaranteed Spares are now changeable and ask for original invoice (which was registered) I would rather now spend my money elsewhere as if it wasn't for the free parts the screen is pretty poor.

I have a Coram Shower screen , which was fitted a fair few years ago I admit. The seal that goes along the bottom has split , so I contacted the company via email as I was told , only to receive a call to say this is now a chargeable part ,which they have replaced foc over the years . The lady said its covered by a 2 year guarantee but because I live in a hard water area it's not covered WHAT A COP OUT .

Bought a Coram shower tray that turned out to have 4 faulty leg sockets (attached to tray), problem with internal threads - the legs would not screw in. Bought tray from an online merchant, so Coram said they could not send replacement sockets direct and i had to go through the merchant. Why are you not standing by your product and keeping the end user happy? Contacted the merchant, who ordered replacements. 10 days latter checked with merchant as had not arrived, don't know who was at fault but had not been sent. Days latter received 3 wrong sockets and 1 correct socket. So still have a 130 shower tray that is of no use......... NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Always been a great product but what is letting them down is their phone system, I was on hold for at least 10mins and when I actually got through the person I talked to could not help and I had to wait for a call back...
