Having not been able to get a GP appointment, despite my slightly complex history of ear trouble and now being almost deaf due to ear wax build up, I went private. Everything was explained to me before hand and I was so glad to get a quick appointment with Mr. Mahoney. Thoroughly recocmend.

Steve was great - I have had problems with my ears since I can remember (very young) and every single time I've asked for help I've been told there is no wax so there's no problem, Steve could have just left it at that but he actually took photos inside my ear, spotted a potential problem and has directed me in the right place. Would definitely recommend

After a bad experience at a private Hearing Aid High Street shop I found Steve Mahoney online and have visited him a few times since as my right ear needs fairly frequent treatment and my NHS hospital ENT cannot offer appointments very often due to high demand. He offers an extremely professional service, the same as you would find in an NHS ENT hospital clinic, with proper training and the correct equipment. The surroundings in an NHS medical centre are pleasant, parking easy, the price is very fair and above all, Steve takes great care and does a first-class job. Also, I can make appointments when I need them instead of waiting for random hospital appointments. I travel some distance to attend this clinic but it is well worth it, highly recommended.

I knew nothing about micro suction and thought getting my problem would mean the usual week or so of messing about with olive oil etc and I was in too much pain to bear the thought of it. My wife found Steve on Google and he kindly fitted me in that day. I cannot tell you how miraculous the whole thing was. My problem was completely solved in minutes and I now know keeping my ears ok is a quick and simple process. Quite life-changing!
